Product Description
The ASG iGuard Service and Support Program (SSP) extends the iGuard warranty beyond the one-year standard warranty to the life of the customers SSP contract. The SSP additionally includes, for the life of the contract, the expedited overnight replacement of any malfunctioning iGuard system using a Hot Spare replacement iGuard (if we are notified no later than 2:00PM (1400) PST M-F) Saturday delivery at the customers request is included in this program, however Saturday, Sunday or Holiday shipment from our warehouse is not available. As an example, Notifications for replacement received from 14:01 Friday through 14:00 Monday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on the next business day- Tuesday (subject to National Holidays). Customer must return their malufunctioning iGuard unit to our warehouse within 5 days of receipt of the replacement iGuard system or pay the full retail value of the replacement system. The SSP does not cover damage resulting from abuse or misuse, but does cover normal wear and tear.
