Ergonomic: The Evolis Pebble 4 card printer has a clamshell opening that allows easy and fast access to all the printer functions: ribbon installation, cleaning, card thickness. The detachable card feeder on the Evolis Pebble 4 (also available as a printer accessory) allows you to stock several feeders with different card backgrounds and/or thicknesses, according to your needs, or simply to avoid stopping production by changing an empty feeder for a full one.

Smart & Simple To Use: The Evolis Pebble 4 card printer comes standard with a Windows driver which features a « monitor port » function which informs the user via the computer that an intervention on the printer is needed (card feeder empty, end of ribbon, printer cleaning, etc.). The standard USB and parallel Centronics ports make the printer plug-and-play. And to make life even simpler, we have included all the cables in the packaging.

The Evolis Pebble 4 also offers a Half-Panel Color Ribbon range, 42% cheaper than the standard color ribbons for all your card printing with ID pictures.

MAC Support: The Evolis Pebble 4 card printer is compatible with nearly any software OS as it is delivered with drivers for Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP OR Mac OS X v10.2/10.3. For Macintosh, we recommend using Microsoft Office - WORD with the following settings for your pebble - 2.125x3.375 - 0 margins - 0 gutters. This will work with your software.
The Pebble 4 (PEBBLE) Mac is compatible with Postscript and non-Postscript software and also supports Ghostscript, a utility which is capable of converting vector images into bitmap (.bmp)
