BioCert, BioSaf and iQBio Brand Integrity Guidelines

News Agencies: When reporting or commenting on the company's products using our registered trademarks, the following guidelines must be used:

• BioCert shall always be represented with the B and C capitalized.

• BioSaf shall always be represented with the B and the S capitalized. Usage of the â in BioSâf to denote a hard a sound is acceptable.

• iQBio shall always be represented with the Q and the B capitalized.

• BioCert is ONE word – not two. It is not a Bio Cert or Bio-Cert. End of line hyphenation of the trademark is NOT acceptable.

• BioSaf or BioSâf is ONE word – not two. It is not a Bio Saf or Bio-Saf. End of line hyphenation of the trademark is NOT acceptable.

• iQBio is ONE word – not two. iQ is not to be used independently except in the iQ icon pictured to the right. End of line hyphenation of the trademark is NOT acceptable.

• Our trademarks are ADJECTIVES to describe our products origin – such as BioCert Software, BioCert ClipBio Pro Memory Drive, BioSaf GunLokR, or BioCert Intelligent Identity Manager, it is not a NOUN nor is it the company name. The company name is ASG or iQBio.

• BioCert, BioSaf and iQBio are brands of products, the product is NOT BioCert and should never be stated as such.

• The first instance on the page shall ALWAYS include the circled R ® symbol as a designation of the trademarks registered status in the USA and EU.

• Web Headers, Page Titles, Press Release Headings and Descriptions do not need to include the circled R
