Product Support -

iQBio and its affiliated companies endeavor to provide the best quality service and support for our products.  Should the original purchaser experience an issue with one of our products within the first thirty days after purchase, iQBio will provide free technical support assistance to remedy the issue.  If you need assistance after carefully reading the accompanying manual to resolve the issue, please call our toll free technical support hotline at 1-800-519-8800 and a support engineer will assist you.  If you experience a problem with your product beyond the initial thirty day period, you have the following options available for support:

  • Email support for all of our products is offered during the term of the warranty.  Please email [email protected]with your issue and we will endeavor to reply with a resolution to the matter within 72 business hours.

  • Expedited Support is available for a fee of $75 per incident for user training, product reset, and other non product defect related issues.

  • Product manufacturers including iQBio offer support pages on their websites, FAQ's, text chat and other methods that will address many of the issues that are not covered by reading the instruction and installation manuals with the accompanying product.

  • Expedited Support (Telephone or Text Chat) beyond the warranty period or for products not purchased from iQBio or its affiliated companies will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour.
  • ASG WILL NOT offer any type of on-site repair or maintenance outside of the State of Washington so as to not create a nexus for sales and use tax purposes.
